I’ve decided I want to do something fun with other illustrators and/or those of the artistic persuasion.  You see, this year I participated in Inktober for the first time.  It pushed me past my comfort zone, but I kept practicing every day.  Not only did I grow, but I had a blast (it’s such amazing stress relief!).

I thought, why not do this again.  I’ve already joined a lot of other illustrations groups to keep pushing my skills forward, but I thought I’d have a little fun with others on this one.  And yes, in the month of December.  BUT it’s not the whole month.

I know the holidays are a busy stressful time.  THUS they are perfect for stress relief.  I also know that a lot of us have advent calendars or just a mental countdown till Christmas.  So how about a prompt a day right up until the 25th.

And to make this a little more fun, there will be a prize.  A small one.  It’s only a $25 gift card to Amazon, but it could be for art supplies, or a small present for someone on your shopping list.

BUT there is no judgement here.  It’s all about participation and completion.  I don’t care what medium you use, or how well you draw.  It’s all about keeping up the daily production and proving it.  Post your pictures somewhere online (your own blog, Twitter, Instagram, or all of them), hashtag them (as indicated below at the bottom of the picture), and post a link in the comments here at my blog (where I will be posting my own endeavors daily starting on December 1st).  If you want, follow me by e-mail to keep up with my posts.
