Today’s poetry picture book is illustrated in the most amazing close-up photos I’ve ever seen!

MIGHTY POLLINATORS is the seventh book that poet Helen Frost and photographer Rick Lieder have collaborated on together. Needless to say, I will be tracking down the rest of the books in this series! How in the world did I miss all of these? This book has a wonderful STEM tie in that can be used in the classroom, but those photos could hang in an art gallery! Once again I had an incredibly difficult time picking only ONE page to share as this is a poem that spans pages. SO, to show you a bit of the rhythmm of the book, I share two. I will do close up of the words, then spread for each page.
